Alejandro Frank Hoeflich

Received his Bachelor's, Master's and PhD degrees at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and conducted Sabbatical stays at the Brookhaven Nuclear Laboratory; Yale University; the Department of Atomic, Molecular and Nuclear Physics of the University of Seville, and has made numerous visits to GANIL the European nuclear laboratory in France. He specializes in nuclear physics and the use of symmetry methods in various fields of physics.

Francisco Sanchez

Francisco José Sánchez-Sesma

His research focuses mainly on the propagation of seismic waves, particularly on the manner in which local topography and geological conditions affect the characteristics of earth quakes, their experimental verification and mathematical modeling. Is a graduate of the Facultad de Ingeniería [Faculty of Engineering] of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) [National Autonomous University of Mexico], where he earned with a Civil Engineering degree as well as the Master’s and Doctor of Engineering degrees.

Jorge Flores

Jorge Flores Valdés

 Born in Mexico City in 1941. He studied physics and earned a doctorate at the Facultad de Ciencias [Faculty of Sciences] of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) [National Autonomous University of Mexico]. He engaged in postdoctoral work for two years at Princeton University.
